A confirmation message has now been sent to the email address you used in your sign-in form. You should now open up the email server (e.g.,gmail) that you used in the sign-in form. You should then see the confirmation message in your (e.g.,gmail) inbox. Click on this message to obtain the words Confirm my account on your gmail screen. Then click on "Confirm my account" to open ActivEpi WEB. You may now begin to use ActivEpi Web.

Please add info@activepi.com to your email contacts so that this does not go to your spam folder, e.g., if your email server is gmail, add to the CONTACTS folder in gmail a new Contact called ACTIVEPI with email given by info@activepi.com

If you have not received your confirmation code within 30 minutes after signing up, you can request a new confirmation code here. If, after responding to this new code, you still have not received a confirmation message within 10 minutes, please email David Kleinbaum at dkleinb@emory.edu and he will try to figure this out.
